At HLS, we love our customers and always strive to ensure their happiness. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us at [email protected] or call 01 835 3208 so we know to expect your return.
Then send the item to:

Please include a note with:
- Your name and order number
- The reason for return
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale
- Returns must be securely packaged — we cannot accept items that are damaged in transit
- Custom orders, customer specials, or modified equipment are non-returnable, unless faulty
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, email [email protected] or call us on 01 835 3208, and we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the situation.
