The Sixton Marmolada H-Dry is a safety boot designed for demanding and extreme work environments, such as construction, carpentry, and agriculture. It is part of Sixton’s Diventure collection and features several advanced technologies for protection, comfort, and sustainability.

Materials and construction

Upper: Made from greased nubuck leather that is both water-repellent and durable. Some variants may feature an “eco-friendly” upper using recycled materials.
Lining: Features a breathable 3D Green Air lining, made from over 60% recycled materials, to reduce moisture and fatigue.
Insole: The anatomical and ergonomic QRS02 Green insole has a recycled, open-cell foam to absorb shock and evaporate sweat.

Safety and protection

HDry waterproof technology: An HDry membrane is laminated directly to the inner surface of the boot’s upper, preventing water from seeping into the boot. This stops the boots from gaining weight in wet conditions and provides long-lasting waterproofing.
D3O impact absorption: A D3O insert in the heel area absorbs and dissipates energy from impacts, reducing stress on the joints and providing extra cushioning.
Composite toe cap: A fiberglass-reinforced composite toe cap, called Fiber cap SXT, provides impact protection of up to 200 joules.
Anti-perforation sole: The boot includes a metal-free, recycled KX anti-perforation insert to protect the entire sole of the foot from punctures. It can resist penetration from nails with a 3.0 mm truncated cone.
ESD certification: The boot is certified for electrostatic discharge (ESD) and safely releases static electricity to protect sensitive equipment.

Dual-density outsole: The sole is made of a dual-density Ccycled® PU material, which is made from recycled resources. It provides SR slip resistance and features a self-cleaning tread.
Dynamic HC Control: This rigid internal structure controls ankle movement and stabilizes the foot, especially during lateral transitions, while a plastic component protects the ankle from sharp objects.
StabilActive: A rigid plastic support stabilizes the heel, arch, and foot joints to enhance natural foot movement and improve overall stability.
Green Solution: More than 40% of the materials used in the Marmolada H-Dry are recycled, reflecting an environmentally conscious manufacturing process.
