Graco Automatic Lubrication System Installed onto a JCB Loader

We’ve completed another installation of a Graco Automatic Lubrication Pump onto a JCB 413S Loader. This JCB 413S Loader was fitted with a Graco G3 Pro pump, complete with a built in controller and grease reservoir low level warning. The greasing points that are normally located on the outside of the loader arms for manual greasing, have been drilled and rerouted to the inside of the loader arm pins. This ensures a greater level of protection and to stops connections hitting off environmental objects. Steel piping that can be seen in the pictures below, was used to protect the hosing from damage and to ensure the correct amount of lubrication is received.
